This mural is turning out fantastic! You really do great work. Will this border go completely around the room? I hope you are charging your worth for this project! What a great thing to tackle so well. I have worked on a couple of murals but don't think I am quick enough to be able to get my worth out of them.

Maggie, I was just hoping I'd get at least one comment and there you were, from sunny (!) Liverpool! Many thanks for your kind message. "Overegging the pudding" is a perfect phrase to describe what would happen if I added a lot more than just the border of flowers--it is already pretty intense because the flowers are large and deeply colored. I will, however, throw in a hummingbird hawk moth (see how influential you are?) Oh, and a goldfinch. Or two.
That's really fabulous. Will there be a garden pond with frogs and dragonflies as well? Or might that be over-egging the pudding? Thank you so much for sharing this ongoing work.
Hmmm not sure why that posted twice....sorry!
