I've been doing a lot of drawing lately, partly in compensation for the fact that my week in water painting has been less than successful. That's okay! We soldier on.
Here are a couple recent sketches and there's another bakery one at Urban Sketchers. I try not to repeat myself on these group blogs, but it's hard to produce enough that's worth making public for Laurelines and the two group ones without some double dipping. You will forgive moi, I trust. Do check out the wedding cakes sketch at Urban Sketcher!

I love the cup cakes.!!!

Thanks very much, nice commenters! Yes, Jana, I used a brush pen here---the Pitt brush pens. Please do come back, Brenda! Marly, thank you so much for the link---what amazing creations! Not all of them look enticing to eat, but they are amazing creations, as I say!

These are yummy. Is the top picture done with a brush pen? I love the quality of line.

Laura -- what wonderful drawings lately! I love the tan paper, which you use to its very best advantage.
