Mike wondered if the gorgon head was from the underground Basilica Cistern in Istanbul--there are two gorgon heads there. If not, I gather that the heads on the columns were taken from older temples, so the ones he saw may have once belonged with yours...

He enjoyed identifying your subjects! Grand journaling of the world, as always.
