Here's the link for my interview relating to Kate's book, Artist's Journal Workshop, to be published by North Light Books in summer 2011.
The blog Kate has created as an amplification of her book has become wildly successful, chockful as it is of advice and inspiration for artists, art lovers, and, you know--- for just lots of people! In addition to interviews with the 28 artists included in her book, there are guest posts on technique, materials, book binding, design, and links to other books (Kate alone has written 34!) that all of us will find compelling. So, go now, won't you, and check out the blog, the book, and my story, too!

good to hear you again.

Thanks, you all! Betsy, I use so many different sizes, it would hardly be useful for me to name one. I DON'T use Moleksine sketchbooks, though legions of people do--they're too small and I don't like their paper. The watercolor sketchbooks have perforated pages, which I don't like, either. Picky, picky ;D.

Enjoy your blog very much. Always look forward to reading it. What kind and size sketchbook do you use? Betsy

What a lovely and informative blog! And I really enjoyed reading your interview - The bit about when you were drawing your Mum was very moving too.
