Thanks, everybody! This was fun--- I had to do several practice corkscrew contours before my brain got the shapes all squared away. Niff said at the beginning of all of this that you get better with practice and I think you do learn to somehow listen to the movements your hand makes when doing this type of drawing.

Oh my, the color and expression of line and liveliness of it all! I swear I could see this hanging at the MOMA.
