a tropical heat wave. It isn't surprising, the temperature's rising... ---up to 95 F today. Ick. Well, the cool May and June days were wonderful while they lasted. Let's hope my little neonate plants won't get frizzled, sizzled, and fried.
Cretacolor Aquamonoliths used here, as well as in Moreton's garden below.
Terri, you're back!!! Thank you, my buddies---it's great fun to read your comments.

love both of these - the expressive lines of the dog and just a peek at your hand on the sketchbook... And then that sprinkler! Great rendering!

Oh my goodness, a sprinkler!! They are almost antiquated here. Our drought has gone on for so many years, sprinklers are almost ready to for the museum. In fact I don't think we'll ever be able to use them again. :o( Water restrictions will be here for evermore I fear. Oh I've missed my daily Lauralines fix. Must have a run through the last week or so and catch up on all your wonderful artwork! :o)

Last night I had to close most of the windows and use a blanket over the spread... Odd how the world works.
Like your impromptu fountain and flowers. A little urban pleasaunce.

Two very pleasing sketches. Love your dog's head. I don't know if you're like this, but when I capture something in a few graceful lines, it catches me by surprise, and I wonder where in the world it came from.
