I love all your posts...but I especially like this one. The flowers are absolutely fabulous. The contrast between the deliberate lines of the china marker and the watercolor wash is fantastic. And the mother and daughter...so, so sweet. You have a wonderful way of capturing the innocence of children.

Thank you, one and all. I'm limited here with regard to internet time, but just wanted to pop in to thank you.

Moi j'aime beaucoup ces nouvelles couleurs -- c'est assez aventureux! Bravo Laura.

Lovely reds blues and greens. I hope the weather for you is better than we have been having. Have a safe trip and do sketch away! XOX M

Laura--sounds like I shall just miss you in Seattle. I'm driving over on Saturday for an opera. Have fun.

Thanks for posting your quick drawings (who ever would have thought of china markers and watercolor? not me!)It reminds us all just to draw..Not everything is a masterpiece. (well, except your work! :-)
And thanks SO VERY much for your heartfelt comment to me...
