Gosh, I hadn't thought of that occupational hazard! Lovely sun-drenched sketches - I agree the middle one has wonderful energetic linework and a great perspective. I see lots of new mark-making in your work!

Hi Laura, thank you for your last comment, I must say it's a mutual feeling. It was Enrique Flores with wich I've been in Clermont Ferrand last november who told me about you, then I met some fabulous sculpted horses painted with your magic washes somewhere in your blog and some pigeons in Barcelona and I felt suddenly in love. Well I don't use to write so many comments (my written english is about one minute per line) but I follow you everyday. See you around!

I've never heard of grackles before - that's a new one on me. I too am a fan of the middle one - an unusual perspective

Laura, I hope you enjoyed my favorite city, despite the nasty grackles . . . they used to come and go, but with weather as warm as this winter has been, we've been "enjoying" their company year-round!

Your sketches are fabulous . . . did you stay at the beautiful San Jose Hotel?

nice series specially love the energy of the middle one
