The only good thing about having to grab moments to post sketches in between other, more pressing business is that this drawn-out process allows the memories of that wonderful trip to linger more vividly... it's as if those three weeks in Brittany had a sillage, the perfume of which I can still detect in the air afterward, many days and thousands of miles away.
These are awesome. The sketch with the boats is breathtaking!

Oh this seafood reminds me of the moules marinieres that we used to have in St Malo when we went over there. I hope you had some too.

After seeing these wonderful sketches of Brittany, I'll have to go check out the previous parts of your trip. Since I always sketch & paint when I travel, I really enjoy seeing other artist who do too. I followed a link from Katherine Tyrrell to you, and I'm glad I did. I've been posting my paintings from my trip to France last month.
