More scenes from that FABULOUS journey---the current me is envious of the past me who got to be there, looking, sketching in total wonderment.
I have more sketches from Norway to share and many thoughts about my 2010 art plan, as well. I will eke out time in the next few days to do just that! Happy holidays, one and all!
I've been striving to get to Norway for a while now and haven't yet succeeded. These sketches help keep the dream alive. Thank you

Laura, thank you for this list. I'm getting ready to go on a trip especially planned with lots of time for drawing, so I'm putting a lot of thought into what I take with me. I only wish my drawing skills were anywhere near yours...oh well, practice, I suppose!

Many, many thanks! D and I are trying to figure out HOW we can make it back there next December! We want to do the roundtrip coastal voyage next time!

Wow, I can never guess where you are going to be. I LOVE the nighttime water color scene! Be safe during your travels, but have a great adventure. I know you will.

Merry 2nd day of Christmas!
Looking forward to more of these with greed, Laura. I do occasionally see the northern lights over the lake here--and I've seen them often in the North Country of New York in the very dead of winter--blue and white and pink and green.
