Five years old, more energy than any three other dogs put together, truly gorgeous, with a deliriously happy disposition, she fell in midstride yesterday morning and never got back up. Our Abby.

Laura, I just saw this post. I am so terribly sorry to hear your dog has died. Your sketches of her are lovely. I know the memory of her will stay with you. I'm sorry it was so abrupt. Roz

I am so sorry.
I know how hard it is to lose older ones, but one so young? So suddenly?
I can't imagine.

I'm late to this but truly shocked and saddened, I didn't know that could happen with dogs. Life can be so fragile often where it seems strongest. Much love.
