Interesting (for me, anyway) to see how different subjects written and thought about elicit different drawing styles. I'll continue to document the process of clearing out my mother's house over the next weeks. In this way, I can feel as though I'm keeping something of the details of her daily life, her house. It helps.
Lovely, loose and spontaneous -- I especially like the negative-shape hyacinths (?) that you say you "did when [you] should have been doing something else"!

This is such a lovely idea, to draw the things you find along the way. It must be a very emotional ride you are on at the moment and I imagine that journaling must be like a little self therapy. Your sketches are perfect :0)
