I wake early. I always do. In the dark winter, it's my favorite time of day. Against all evidence, morning gives reason to hope.

I've thought about you a lot these last few weeks, wishing there were a way to help. I'm glad the morning sunrise is there for you every day, even if far away friends can't be.
